Easter at Lake Las Vegas, a family tradition

It's been pretty much our family tradition to go to Lake Las Vegas every Year during Easter..The first year was in 2005 Seth was about to turn one, and we took him here to Easter hunt and missed it, but he just learned to walk so we took pictures of him in the gardens and of him meeting the Easter bunny..In 2006 we spent Easter in San Jose and went to Sacramento to visit my aunt to have an Easter Egg hunt, 2007 we had Easter at Lake Las Vegas again with Uncle Leevi, Lailie was one, an we missed the Egg hunt cause of church, and I think we went to an Easter picnic with my sister in law's family..And in 2008 we had Easter at the Lake again, and I was pregnant with Iliana, we took the boat ride we took the first time we came and the kids got to feel the breeze and see the water, and we also went to Town Square to hunt eggs...and this year we missed Easter with Zach and Lauren so we decided to go to Lake las Vegas and missed the Easter egg hunt in Lake Las Vegas too by 8 seconds...But hey, we're getting closer..this year at the lake they didn't have the petting zoo or the horses to ride, which was okay with me cause I didn't bring any hand sanitizer with me...Nonetheless, we had tons of fun watching the kids run around and eat ice cream, and meet the Easter Bunny..Seth was feeling very sick and threw up so we didn't do too much and decided not to go on a boat ride that might make him nauseous..So we went home to open Easter baskets..Hopefully next Year we'll make an easter hunt and get tons of eggs, I'm sure we'll hit this place again...I love how it has become our family tradition, without any planning...It's something we hope our kids can look back on and say hey, mom and dad took us here every easter...how nice!
